DELICIOUS & HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPE




If you want to be energetic for whole day then you must start with a healthy breakfast firstly we are not talking about man or women or for the people who go to gym the super delicious healthy breakfast is for everyone firstly it's very easy to make & secondly it's delicious because mostly people think that  healthy breakfast are not tasty. So here are the below ingredients which we will require for this healthy recipe.

INGREDIENTS :












*We are using patanjali honey you can use any honey you want.






* We are using QUAKER OATS you can use any brand remember the ingredient in it should be wholegrain oats you dont have to use masala oats 
or any flavoured oats.



* ON whey protein you can use any wheyprotein there are plenty of brands available in market.




                                           

            * USE PURE FORM OF PEANUT BUTTER DONT USE ANY ARTIFICAL ADDED OR SWEETNER ADDED PEANUT BUTTER 





*Any fat free milk

* BANANA


OPTIONAL CHIA SEEDS


As you know the ingredients it's time to start our receipe : 
 Take an empty bowl add 1 glass of water, 
Half tea cup of fat free milk, 
1 scoop of whey protein, 
1 scoop of oats, 
Half tablespoon of honey,
1 tablespoon peanut butter, 
Half tablespoon of chia seeds, 
Half sliced cut banana, 
Mix  all of the ingredients with blender or you can use mixer grinder also and that's it... 
Your healthy tasty delicious receipe is ready within 3 minutes.
It will provide an good amount of protein, carbs & it will keep your stomach full for couple of hours if you prefer this drink as chill you can also add ice in it.
